The Career Development Center at the University of Zakho is pleased to inform its students that ‘10’ female students have been selected for the purpose participating in a program entitled “Women Empowerment and Leadership”. The program is conducted by the University of Garmian in collaboration with the International Friendship Organization. In fact, the number of the participants exceeds ‘200’ from various public and private universities.

The program aims at empowering the Kurdish women in the community through a series of seminars on a variety of topics which are presented by certain brilliant, empowered and outstanding women of Kurdistan.

The duration of the program is four (4) weeks commencing on February 3, 2022, concluding on February 26, 2022. The seminars are delivered online on Thursdays and Saturdays from 7:30PM to 10:00PM.

It is worth mentioning that the partakers will receive certificates of participation at the end of the program.
